All game assets, car designs, track layouts, and app logic are the intellectual property of Toyo Games or our partners. Redistribution, resale, or modification beyond personal use requires written permission.

Toyo Racing is fully offline and stores data only on your device—game progress, scores, and settings. We have no servers and collect nothing. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data permanently.

Toyo Racing is completely ad-free. We accept voluntary donations through the app to support ongoing development. Donations are optional and do not unlock additional content—they simply help us continue building free, ad-free games for families.

All donations are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Toyo Games may roll out updates that add tracks, cars, features, or adjust device support.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. If you disagree, uninstall the app and contact support for assistance.
