Everything in Toyo Racing runs locally on the device.
2. On-Device Data (Not Sent to Us)
Toyo Racing stores only these items locally on the user's device so the game functions:
- Game progress and unlocked cars/tracks
- Best lap times and scores
- App settings and preferences
This data:
- stays 100% on-device
- never leaves the device
- is deleted automatically when the app is uninstalled
We cannot access it and we do not synchronize it to any servers.
3. No Third-Party Services
Toyo Racing does not include:
- ad networks
- social media integrations
- analytics tools
- third-party logins
- cloud services
There are no external SDKs that collect user data.
4. No Online Features
Toyo Racing is an offline-first experience.
- No chat
- No multiplayer
- No user-generated content uploads
- No cloud saves
- No external communication
Users never share any personal information through the app.
5. Optional Donations
Toyo Racing is ad-free and we accept voluntary donations through the app to support development. Donations are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play's in-app purchase systems. We do not receive or store any payment information—all transactions are handled securely by the platform provider.
6. User Privacy
We follow the highest privacy standards.
- We do not request or collect any information from users.
- If anyone believes any information was mistakenly collected, they can contact us and we will confirm that nothing has been stored.
7. Data Deletion
Because we do not store any personal information:
- There is no server data to delete
- All user data lives only on the device
- Uninstalling the app removes all app data

If we ever introduce features that require data collection, we will:

- notify users
- request consent when required
