Toyo Games is committed to safe, positive spaces for kids, parents, and educators. Players agree not to harass, impersonate, or share personal data through in-game nicknames or submissions. Moderators may remove offensive content without notice.

All in-game characters, gradients, soundscapes, and puzzle logic are the intellectual property of Toyo Games or our partners. Redistribution, resale, or modification beyond personal play requires written permission.

Educators and studios may request extended licenses for classroom broadcasts, events, or video content by emailing the.toyo.games@gmail.com.

Toyo Box is fully offline and stores data only on your device—avatar, language, and game progress. We have no servers and collect nothing. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data permanently.

Toyo Games may roll out updates that adjust puzzles, features, or device support. Downtime for maintenance will be communicated via the Toyo Box news feed whenever possible.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. If you disagree, uninstall the app and contact support for assistance.
